With support from H&H Properties, we help connect your floor plan, layout decisions, selections, and finishes to what can be built.

Pre-Construction

We move into final pricing, permitting, scheduling, site preparation, and construction planning.

Step 4

Build

Bravos manages the construction process with weekly progress updates, milestone walkthroughs, and hands-on oversight.

Step 5

Final + Move-In

We complete the punch list, review warranty information, provide care guidance, and walk you through your finished home.
